Virginolio is a blend composed of Italian sunflower seed oil in the high oleic variant and Italian extra virgin olive oil.
The resulting oil combines the oxidative stability, especially at high temperatures of high oleic sunflower seed oil, with the rich, full-bodied taste of the best varieties of olives harvested in the Mediterranean basin. It is particularly suitable for all cooking uses: in cooking, for the preparation of soups and sauces, as well as raw on salads and vegetables.
